Swiss cheese retina?
Ein junger gesunder Patient erschien wegen einem Visus Verlust. Im OCT fand ich ein Macula Ödem ohne Ursache. Kein Diabetes, kein Gefäss Verschluss. Erster Blick! Auf den zweiten Blick zeigten sich einige winzige “Löcher” in seiner Netzhaut und dank meiner Freunde konnten wir die Diagnose stellen.
*A young healthy patient appeared because of a visual loss. In OCT I found a macular edema without cause. No diabetes, no vascular occlusion. First look! At second glance there were many small holes in his retina and thanks to my friends we were able to make the diagnosis.
